EXECUTIVE COACH -- Bob Belknap brings over 35 years of line management, consulting, and coaching experience involving complex business and human performance issues across a broad range of businesses. His past corporate experiences include an assignment as Senior Vice President for one of the world’s largest Petroleum companies. He managed groups of over 1000 employees and 1000 contractors across multiple states with annual revenue of $500MM and capital budgets of $200MM. He has had profit and loss responsibility for major business segments and managed diverse functional groups including engineering, operations, health, safety, and environment, IT, HR, finance, business development, marketing, and M&A.
As a coach and consultant Bob helps managers and executives assess business and individual performance issues and develop actionable plans to achieve specific goals. He coaches executives throughout the implementation process to help assure continual progress towards objectives. Bob’s coaching will focus on helping the executive clarify their situation, set a clear direction, and support them in taking action. His style is both honoring and direct.
Bob has had an unusual background of direct executive experience combined with extensive experience and training in coaching, consulting, leadership training, team building, facilitating large groups, and organizational development. He has demonstrated the ability to quickly gather information, define problems, and provide concise and actionable recommendations to senior management
Today Bob lives in Louisville, CO where he consults, coaches, and raises his two adopted teen age daughters

Bob has a special interest in the subject of leadership. He has taught it, coached it, and lived it as a senior executive in a large corporation. He also coaches and teaches parenting skills with a special interest in the role of a father in his daughters lives.
Bob has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, El Paso, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. He completed his coach training with the Coaches Training Institute.
