career background

FACILITATOR--Carolyn Freyer-Jones, M.A., has been coaching men and women in creating greater success, joy, and fulfillment for over 15 years. One of the highlights of her work is supporting clients in learning how to use life's obstacles for learning and growth, turning them into meaningful stepping-stones of success. Carolyn has supported clients in launching new businesses, growing themselves as leaders, strengthening relationships, transforming careers, and experiencing greater peace and joy. Her clients include corporate executives, business owners, authors, lawyers, television hosts, salespeople, and more.

Carolyn also facilitates a series of women's coaching groups—"Self-Mastery for Women: Co-Creating an Inspiring Life," and "Self-Mastery for Professional Women" as well as weekend intensives for women. She developed and co-facilitated these programs with her business partner and beloved friend, Michelle Bauman, who passed away in December 2015.

Carolyn and Michelle's work has had a significant impact on hundreds of women. Participants were supported in strengthening themselves on all levels as leaders in their personal and professional lives. Carolyn and Michelle assisted women in learning to take action and risks as they discovered tools and skills for how to lovingly navigate inner and outer roadblocks. Hallmarks were greater ability to communicate with neutrality, make requests clearly, increases in income, expanded self-confidence, deeper peace, trust, and meaning on a day-to-day basis.

Carolyn continues to carry on their work with women, sharing often about Michelle and the joyful, co-creative, and thriving partnership and friendship they shared.

Carolyn also developed the University of Santa Monica's Soul-Centered Professional Coaching Program (www.universityofsantamonica.com) with Steve Chandler and Michelle Bauman and is one of the lead faculty members for the program.

Carolyn graduated with a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology in 1998 from the University of Santa Monica.
