EXECUTIVE COACH -- Janice Ganann possesses over twenty years of corporate business experience in leadership roles, and her expertise includes leadership effectiveness, organizational development, succession planning, strategic planning, marketing and organizational communications. Prior to founding her own consulting practice, Janice served as Senior Director, Executive Talent, for Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona. In that position, her primary responsibilities included building the leadership pipeline to ensure leadership capacity and capabilities to successfully execute key business strategies in a rapidly changing environment. She skillfully managed Banner Health’s talent management review process as well as senior level succession planning, assessment, development initiatives, and retention strategies. Janice played a key role in evaluating results against performance plans, including individual executives’ impact on the business with respect to alignment with Banner’s mission, vision, values, culture and strategic objectives. In addition, she led the physician and senior leadership development strategies within the entire system.
