career background

KEY LEADERSHIP TEAM -- John Scherer brings over 40 years of experience in consulting leaders and their organizations specializing in organization effectiveness, conflict resolution and leadership development. He is internationally respected as a pioneer in the field that shares the name of his 1998 book, Work and the Human Spirit. An innovator in guiding large scale strategic change— including cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions—he has coached leaders from Boeing, Aetna, GTE, Cancer Care Northwest, Sisters of Mercy Health Care, Blue Cross— Blue Shield and many others. Since 2008, John has been consulting in Central/Eastern Europe with a base in Krakow, Poland, working to ‘unleash the human spirit at work’. He is a marathon runner, and long-time yoga student.
