Karen has led change management efforts, facilitating efforts between diverse business units and Executive Leadership. She has led Executives and business units through gap analysis and then made recommendations to Leaders regarding business process redesign and organizational culture impacts.

Karen has delivered training needs assessments and designed and delivered employee training, policies and procedures, and detailed system requirements specifications. She has served in many consulting/liaison roles between business units and Executive Leadership, providing project oversight and regular project reporting.
