Before starting her coaching practice, she held senior Human Resource management roles for more than twenty years in New York and Atlanta.

Mariette was introduced to the entertainment industry while serving as Business Manager and Executive Coach to the CEO of a Los Angeles-based entertainment marketing company, which eventually led to a focus in that vertical.
