EXECUTIVE COACH -- Dedicated to assisting individuals and companies in achieving meaningful, rewarding and profitable results, Tom Boyer is a consultant, transformational coach and business trainer with more than 30 years of experience. He has delivered trainings, workshops, consulting and coaching to more than 40,000 people worldwide. Tom worked extensively with Insight Seminars, eventually becoming COO. He trained and mentored facilitators as well as designed or co-designed many program offerings. He presented world-class time management and productivity seminars with Productivity Development Group under David Allen. He delivered multi-national behavioral safety programs for companies such as Weyerhaeuser and Cleveland Cliffs, as well as training others in the delivery of that work. Tom has also worked with Impaq Corporation in delivering accountability based consulting efforts.

He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Case-Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Institute of Music as well as Master’s Degrees in Psychology (University of Santa Monica) and Theology (Peace Theological Seminary). He has completed the Newfield Network Coach Training Program as well as the Babinetics program in Spirit Focused Leadership & Transformation.
