The American Nurses Association estimates that more than 500,000 nurses plan to retire by 2022. To supplement retirees and expansion, more than 1.1 million new RNs will be needed, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects.1

Nurse Leaders are right in the middle of administrative and front-line stressors, juggling between patient care, leadership, and retention. Now more than ever, it’s essential to support and care for those who care for us.
That’s why David Couper Consulting created a free monthly virtual meeting where Nurse Leaders can exchange ideas, find community, and answer their timely questions about leadership during a crisis. We’re calling these Nurse Leader Exchanges.
Held the first Wednesday of every month, this isn’t your typical webinar; it’s not a lecture. It’s an interactive way to connect with and share solutions with Nurse Leaders across the USA. Led by a trusted DCC facilitator, a concept is presented at the onset of the session to guide the conversation towards solutions-based exchanges around real-world examples on timely topics.
