Prior to founding her own consulting practice, Janice served as Senior Director, Executive Talent, for Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona. She skillfully managed Banner Health’s talent management review process as well as senior level succession planning, assessment, development initiatives, and retention strategies. Janice played a key role in evaluating results against performance plans, including individual executives’ impact on the business with respect to alignment with Banner’s mission, vision, values, culture and strategic objectives.
