EXECUTIVE COACH -- Anna Percy-Davis does everything she can to help people be confident, find their motivation and to communicate effectively, in other words to be the very best versions of themselves.

With a background working in Investment Banking and fund management followed by a decade spent in executive recruitment, Anna Percy-Davis became an Executive and Career coach working with executives across the globe in the UK, Norway, Spain, France and the US.

Her interest in coaching developed when she realized the real value in helping individuals come up with their own tools and solutions for success. By nurturing the emotional and social intelligence of executives and providing them with support and tips on how to manage in an increasingly competitive and tough world, she is helping them develop life long skills that will enhance their working and their private lives.

Prior to her current role, she worked in the recruitment sector with a number of boutique firms focusing on the professional and financial sectors based in London. Alongside her executive work, Anna also runs workshops, lectures and one-to-one coaching for teens, helping young adults find the tools and solutions for future success. Anna has a foundation training in Psychotherapy, a coaching qualification from the Coaches Training Institute and a BA in Economics and Psychology (with honors).
