EXECUTIVE COACH -- Nancy Lin brings to her executive coaching a strong understanding of business, having worked in product and corporate marketing for Yahoo!, DHL, Kensington Technology, Johnson & Johnson and Pepsi in the US and international markets while driving strong growth with innovative business strategies. She was the host of the Business Reinvention show that featured innovative companies and emerging trends with the potential to reinvent industries.

She specializes in working with senior executives and high-potential corporate leaders at growth-stage companies. She has an MBA from The Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management and holds coaching certifications from The Coaches Training Institute, The Leadership Circle, and Thunderbird Najafi Global Mindset Institute.

Between 2006 and 2008, Nancy served as a volunteer in rural Tanzania to improve agricultural productivity for impoverished farmers as well as a fundraiser in Mexico to expand advanced midwifery training for young indigenous women from rural communities. She was able to engage the communities and build trust to inspire change in the most unlikely places. Her diverse experiences bring a fresh approach to her coaching, helping transform the way clients look at their business and leadership. She is also a motivational speaker and has spoken at Google, Visa and HP.

  • Independently developed agriculture training program for economic empowerment without the help of non-profit organizations to help underserved community during the worst drought in Tanzania history.   • Pioneered corporate fund-raising in Mexico for CASA Midwifery School to reduce dependency on international organizations and increased the culture of philanthropy in Mexico. The project raised money to provide healthcare education for young indigenous women, improve public health in rural communities and increase employment opportunities for indigenous midwives in the public hospitals in Mexico.
