EXECUTIVE COACH -- Plum Cluverius brings over thirty years experience in leadership and organization development and 14 years experience as an executive coach with specific expertise in intensive leadership development programs, ontological coaching, transformational change, strengths-based leadership, whole system change, communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, time management, transition, team development and group facilitation.
She is founder and President of Vedere Consulting LLC, where she is a catalyst for creative change in her clients and their organizations as an executive coach, facilitator and consultant. A combination of an open and relaxed coaching and facilitation style quickly builds client trust as well as the capacity to be both supportive and challenging. Clients and their supervisors consistently report significant, sometimes dramatic, results.
Plum serves on the adjunct faculty for the Federal Executive Institute, where she facilitates executive groups and coaches executives individually in FEI’s signature Leadership in a Democratic Society program, and coaches for the Executive Education component of the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business. She is also an executive coach for Non-Profit Learning Point’s 360+ Coaching program and the University of Virginia’s Center for Executive Development. Previously she has also worked as a senior organization development consultant at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (then Trigon) and as a trainer/consultant for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Human Resource Management where she co-designed and facilitated the Commonwealth Management Institute.
