CAREER BACKGROUND

Dr. Rotering has practiced Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Phoenix since 1990 and also practices at White Mountain Regional Medical Center. She is the Medical Director of Respiratory and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at both hospitals. She currently serves as Chair of the Physician Health and Wellness Committee at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. She has a long history of leadership and education positions, including former service as Director of Critical Care, Chair of Medicine, and Chief of the Medical Staff at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. She is a physician mentor for medical students at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix campus. Dr. Rotering is the Vice President of Physician Services for the Leebov Golde Group. Dr. Rotering is also the founder of Boxcar, International, an organization committed to enhancing the lives of people in Medicine through coaching, workshops, education, and retreat experiences with a special emphasis on Physician Coaching and Leadership Training programs for physicians and health care professionals. Dr. Rotering earned her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary Fellowship in Phoenix, AZ. She holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica.
