Clara Naum

EXECUTIVE COACH– Clara Naum has over 20 years of experience working with corporations and individuals as an executive coach and consultant, offering a unique balance of business and people skills. She has successfully coached all levels of employees from the manufacturing line through to the CEO’s office in both English and Spanish helping obtain personal and business goals. Over the past 7 years, she has expanded her expertise serving high-level celebrities and notable entertainment industry people with a focus on achieving a higher purpose, meaning, and a new level of authentic success.

She has developed her own unique and innovative style to help clients learn the power of personal responsibility, acceptance, and a positive attitude. Clara combines her years of experience in the corporate world with a holistic and transformational approach to coaching. She integrates conscious leadership tools, psychology, various coaching modalities, and spirituality to assist her clients in achieving greater balance, clarity, and success in their personal and professional lives.

Clara is a former Certified Public Accountant and has a Post-graduate Diploma in Business, Sociology, and Economy from UNC, Argentina. She earned a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Masters in Spiritual Science. Clara also achieved a Soul Centered Professional Coach Certification and Leadership from the University of Santa Monica as well as numerous certifications in Coaching.

Clara’s work on Conscious Leadership and Forgiveness has been featured in Latin America and the USA in numerous TV and radio shows. She has been invited to speak about Conscious Leadership, the Power of Forgiveness, and Emotional Intelligence at conferences in Latin America, Hong Kong, Spain, and Jerusalem among other places.
She published three inspirational books. She is also the Founder of “Refugio Para El Alma”, online gatherings offering emotional intelligence tools and live processes to support people around the world. She serves the community through her volunteer work inside of maximum-security prisons in California. Clara assists women and men in prison find purpose and meaning in life. She believes that by cultivating joy and peace inside of ourselves, we ultimately serve the world.

• Led, coached and trained upper management, executives, and culturally-sensitive employees in new systems (in both English and Spanish) and achieving “impossible” ISO and QS certifications that were required by Chrysler Corporation and Disney. These companies prior to Clara’s intervention had failed to obtain those certifications four times, and the continuation with Chrysler depended on accomplishing those quality certifications in a short period of time.
