Dick Eaton brings over 25 years of experience helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve breakthrough results. He is an executive leadership coach, a team, leadership, and organizational development consultant, “innovationist”, angel investor, and entrepreneur.

His executive coaching is dedicated to guiding clients to build leadership capacity and impact, particularly during crucial transition periods and when faced with major stretch assignments.
He helps clients access untapped potential and make powerful change happen. Through coaching clients innovate, shift limiting beliefs, blind spots and behaviors, leverage their strengths, build organizational alignment behind key strategies and initiatives, and develop results-focused communication and action plans that activate their organization’s growth and development.

His consulting, facilitation, and design work are focused on creating deeply engaging team processes that yield innovation, enhance leadership capacity, create ‘coach-able moments’, bring to life 360Âș assessments, activate training content, and build relationships that result in enabled networks.

He is the Founder and Chief Energizing Officer of Leapfrog Innovations, Inc. In addition to his work with David Couper Consulting and Leapfrog Innovations, he serves as an executive/leadership coach for MIT Sloan Executive Education, FMG Leading, and the University of Oregon Lundquist School of Business Executive MBA program.
