• Co-founded Brazilian Chapter of Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), and during five-year period grew membership by 300%.
• Managed up to 11 simultaneous global IT projects involving 9 countries and 10 time zones at Motorola.
• Trained C Suite, executives,  senior leaders at Brazilian subsidiary of French energy company on self-awareness and self-management creating a more collaborative and cohesive leadership team.
• Taught in person and online classes on Managing Complexity and Cross-Cultural Management to 400 MBA students at Business School São Paulo.
• Coordinated team of 40 subject matter experts to co-design intercultural learning program for an audience of 2400 presenting complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
